What's the difference between a recurring, deep, and move-out clean?
A recurring clean is ongoing upkeep. A deep clean adds the detail work routine visits skip, baseboards, blinds, vents, grout, and more. A move-out clean is a top-to-bottom clean of an empty home, including inside cabinets, oven, fridge, and all windows. See the full breakdown on our services page.
Can I request recurring service?
Yes. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring cleaning is available, with the same cleaner on your home whenever possible so they learn how you like things done.
Do you offer move-out cleaning?
Yes. A move-in / move-out clean is a thorough, inspection-ready clean of an empty home to help you get your deposit back or start fresh. It's cleaning only, we don't pack, haul, or move furniture.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You can arrange secure access and we'll lock up when we're finished. You're welcome to be home if you'd prefer, whatever's easiest for you.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, your cleaner brings their own supplies and equipment. If you'd prefer specific products used in your home, just let us know and we'll accommodate.
Do you offer office or commercial cleaning?
We focus on home cleaning, but light office and commercial cleaning is available on request. Text us what you need and we'll let you know if we're a fit.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
If our service wasn't 5 stars, let us know within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean what we missed, at no extra charge!
